How do I enter?
Entering our competitions is easy. Once you’ve signed up for a free account (takes less than a minute), you can choose your desired prize and buy as many tickets as you’d like (or select a lucky dip if you’re feeling super lucky). You’ll be asked to answer a simple validation question to enter, followed by making payment online to complete your purchase.
When do the draws end?
Each of our draws has a countdown timer which tells you when it finishes. Usually a competition will run for around 2-3 weeks, but we also may sometimes publish flash sales and shorter competitions.
What happens if you don’t sell all the tickets?
We’ve never failed to sell all tickets to our prizes to date. Most of our draws sell out well before the end date, and we will draw them early if they sell out. We may extend draws in rare circumstances.
When do the draws take place?
Draws usually take place within a few hours of the competitions ending, although sometimes this may be a little longer whilst we prepare our entry list and validate all of the tickets. Please follow us on our Facebook page, as we will be doing all draws via live video on there.
How do I know if I’ve won?
You can watch our draws take place live on Facebook – but if you miss that, please don’t worry. We will use the email address and telephone number in your account to contact you and discuss claiming your prize!
How do I claim my prize if I win?
We will contact lucky winners of our prizes directly to arrange either collection or delivery of your order. Rest assured, delivery of all prizes is free to UK and Ireland, and we will do our best to ensure that delivery always takes place quickly!

Is this website a scam?
Absolutely not – we give away real prizes to real winners every week! All of our competitions are run using Google’s random number generator, ensuring a completely fair / random result for every prize we draw. Payments are taken and validated by Paytriot’s secure payment system.
